We got this beauty from Dreamfield’s recipes.
1 box of angel hair pasta (we love dreamfields since its healthier)
1 small red pepper
1 small yellow pepper
1 small green pepper
6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/2 a teaspoon of course sea salt
1/2 a teaspoon of black pepper, freshly cracked
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 medium lemon, tested and juiced
3 cloves of thinly sliced garlic
- Blister peppers over an open flame (grill works best but under the boiler works too) until sin is charred and soft. Rub away the charred skin with a paper towel and slice into strips, setting it aside
- heat the oil in a large skillet of a medium – high heat until hot.
- Add the onion and cook for 8- 10 minutes, stir frequently. transfer to plate with peppers
- Add the chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook chicken until its cooked through (10 minutes but turn once) remove the chicken from the skillet.
