Apple Crisp So fall is one of my favorite times of year. With the cooler air, changing of the leaves and the delicious seasonal foods I start making. Its something I look forward to every year. Well after apple picking, I knew one of my favorite things to bake was Apple Crisp. Its Warm with a sweet touch of cinnamon. Tastes like perfection to me. I also love how easy it is to make. First I peel, core and layer my sliced apples in the pie dish. Add the Lemon so they don’t get brown. Then I make my crumble. A lot of Crisps use oats but that’s not my preference so I use a cinnamon crumble. Its a mix of Flour, salt, cinnamon and butter. I work it by hand to make sure its perfect. Then I carefully layer it on and bake for 30 minutes at 375. And Voila, its finished. Serve while warm with a side of Vanilla Ice cream Share this:TwitterFacebookLike this:Like Loading...
