It’s our #moviefridaynight and this week we are watching Captain America. Now this hits a bit close to home in two ways. Firstly, we are New Yorkers and my parents (Matt’s Grandparents) lived around the areas where this was set in Brooklyn and in Queens. Also they were born soon after WW2 ended and my great grandfathers on both sides fought in the war. So we took the time to create a menu that reflected the 1940s in New York in celebration of winning World War II and Captain America as a hero.
