How to get PE/gym/exercise while being quarantined

Let’s start off with it’s still okay to go out for short walks, 15-20 minutes as long as you are 6ft away from others. Bikes and scooters are acceptable. If you have access to woods, beaches and nature I recommend using it to your advantage.
