It’s an Inside Out #movienightfriday, which we fully enjoyed as we did a Minnesota and California mix of dishes as that is where Riley moved to and from. So we mapped out the two states.
Then we explored Minnesota virtually.
Then we explored California Virtually.
Then we discussed our emotions, and how we can handle them. We worked on calming techniques such as naming our emotions, breathing, and yoga. We kept this lesson fairly light otherwise.
