Shamrock Shake

Jump to Recipe

Spring is almost upon us. Our four feet of snow is almost gone and we can actually see some grass peaking out, finally. With Spring comes gardening, meaning fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables. Matthew loves gardening and even calls himself a little farmer as he works. This year he is planning a large garden with even more vegetables, but outside.

While all if that is green, vibrant and colorful and so delicious to us in our recipes, we did not make fresh mint ice cream this time. However we will be doing 31 days of fun delicious ice cream recipes come July so be sure to join our newsletter by using the form.

Anyway, Matthew has been on a milkshake kick lately. Not sure if its because he loves them or because its so simple that he remembers the recipe, but the joy on his face is priceless. We changed up our milkshake recipe for St. Patricks Day to keep with our green theme for snacks time.

We paired with with our Cornbeef Sandwiches and fries and watching Luck of the Irish on Disney +, well he’s a happy boy despite a tough year of living through this pandemic.
