It is #MovieNightFriday and today we are watching Tangled. Tangled is the Disney version of Rapunzel. Now there are conflicting geographic locations based on when the story was told. Rapunzel’s story actually originated in France before the Grimm Brothers popularized in it Germany, which is why many think it is a Germany story. However, Disney based The Corona Kingdom in France. It was inspired by Mont Saint Micheal.

So before we went to meal plan our dinner. Matthew and I VR Mont Saint Michael.
Then we read Rapunzel by Sarah Gibb and Mother Knows Best: A Tale of the Old Witch by Serena Valentino to compare and see the villain, aka Mother Gothel, in a different light.
